YES, Noblez ships worldwide. All orders are shipped with DHL, and you can select your delivery method at checkout. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination.

•Orders within Germany & the EU will be delivered within 3-7 business days.

USA & International orders will be delivered within 7-14 business days.

•Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

All orders have a 3-5 day production fulfillment period. This means we will fulfill your order within 3-5 days and ship it out. Depending on your location, it may take additional days. The average overall delivery time is 1 week. Processing times may vary during peak seasons.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you haven’t received an email confirmation within one week, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Noblez does not accept returns or refunds. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@noblez.co with your order number, address, and pictures of the issue.

No, we do not offer exchanges. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase. If you’d like a different size or item, you can place a new order.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are placed. Make sure all details are correct before confirming your purchase.

We are not responsible for shipping issues caused by the carrier.

Noblez is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping carrier. For further assistance, email us at support@noblez.co.

•If a customer provides an incorrect or invalid shipping address, we cannot intervene, as the address is submitted directly by the customer during checkout.

•If an invalid address is provided and the package is returned to our facility, the customer MUST contact us via email regarding their order. Once we receive the returned package, we will process a refund, or the customer will have to cover the shipping cost for resending the order.

•Refunds will cover the total cost of the order, excluding the shipping fee of €6, which is non-refundable.
