ACCESSORIES (all items that are not clothing)

These items are made to order specifically for you. All sales are therefore final and non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged.

By completing your order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to our Terms and Conditions.

CLOTHING (all wearable items)

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order. If you do not contact us within this period, we are unable to process a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition:
. unworn and unused
. with tags attached
. in the original packaging

We also require proof of purchase. Please include the packing slip from your order.

. Once we review and approve your request, we will send you instructions on how to return the item

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive the returned item. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.
